My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, although lacking outside views, were clean and of a good size, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service was amazing, with staff being very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The location was excellent, right across the cathedral and within walking distance of all major attractions in the city. The dining experience, however, was a bit underwhelming, except for the delicious and complete traditional meal at the nearby plaza restaurant.

The hotel had some lovely surprises in the rooms with delicious brownies and thoughtful amenities, but there were issues like lights not working and no Wi-Fi connectivity. The street view was busy during the day but peaceful at night.

I was on the top floor with a wrap-around balcony, the experience was very noisy despite not having been warned about this. The rooms were full of clever tricks that didn't quite work, and the lights were not functioning properly. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a few pleasant surprises and minor disappointments. The rooms were creatively designed with a wrap-around balcony on the top floor, offering a nice view of the street, plaza, and church. The room size was decent, providing a comfortable experience overall, but there were some small trick details that didn't quite hit the mark.
